The members of this organization provide 24/7 services without fail irrespective of season, time, rain or drought or any holiday. The Cyber Communication Service Providers Association of Bangladesh has already proved its contribution to turn Bangladesh into a digitally smart country. Cyber Communication Service Providers Association of Bangladesh, previously known as Cyber Cafe Owners Association of Bangladesh, is involved in multiple internet services. This Organization is helping create jobs and grow entrepreneurship by supporting its existing members and new comers. Each of the owners of the previously known popular cyber cafe has now turned to a digital business centre. The members of the CCSPAB offers various internet services from downloading to filling up various forms (passport application, college/university admission), scanning and printing, etc. To provide more quick and quality services to the people of Bangladesh, previously established Cyber Cafe Owners Association of Bangladesh(CCOAB) has changed its name to Cyber Communication Service Providers Association of Bangladesh(CCSPAB) in 2024 with the approval from the Ministry of Commerce.Cyber Communication Service Providers Association of Bangladesh is run by a 15-member Executive Committee, who are elected by direct voting system. This Organization is performed with the full support of and devotion from all the members rank and file.
